Cirio legal advisor to Svevind in the divestment of Önusberget large-scale wind energy project in northern Sweden

Cirio has advised Svevind in the divestment of Önusberget wind farm project (part of the Markbygden 1101 cluster) to Luxcara.

The project, located in the municipality of Piteå, Norrbotten, Sweden, has an expected total capacity of 750 MW, making it one of the largest single-site onshore wind projects to be realized in Europe. Construction is expected to begin during 2019, and commercial operation of the project estimated to the end of 2021.
