Cirio legal advisor to SHH Landbolaget in the divestment of building rights in Tumba Skog, Botkyrka
Cirio acted as legal advisor to SHH Landbolaget in the divestment of approximately 1/3 of the building rights pertaining to the land Tumba Skog, Botkyrka, to AB Botkyrkabyggen. Botkyrkabyggen intends to build 200-250 rental apartments on the property.
