International law firm Bird & Bird assisted TK Elevator, a global urban mobility leader, on their acquisition of the Swedish independent lift service actor Nordic Lift from Pegroco Invest.

In 2021, Bird & Bird assisted TK Elevator on the acquisition of Sdiptech’s Swedish elevator operations, which together with the latest investment in Nordic Lift further strengthens TK Elevator’s position in Sweden and the Nordics.
