Position description:
The chosen candidate will report to the Vice President Legal. The work will focus on various corporate and compliance projects related to the activities of the head companies of the Oriflame Group as well as work with certain Oriflame markets. The position entails providing advice to Central Departments throughout the Oriflame Group on mainly corporate, contractual and compliance law issues. The tasks will include drafting of inter-company and 3rd party contracts, maintaining and improving compliance procedures within the company, as well as to provide assistance on various legal issues related to new product segments. The chosen candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, with the ability to provide prompt, proactive and practical business and legal recommendations. It is essential that he or she is a self-starter, persuasive, adaptable and someone who can operate without constant supervision. The chosen candidate should be social and outgoing, and enjoy working in an international atmosphere. The candidate is expected to travel extensively to the Oriflame markets.
The position has a clear career plan and the chosen candidate is expected to within short take up regional legal responsibility of his or her own in various jurisdictions within the Oriflame Group.
Your profile:
Higher legal education
– 3-5 years of legal experience, out of which at least 2 years from a reputable law firm. Experience fram working in a business organization is a plus;
– Good communication skills, fluent in English. Additional language skills are a plus;
– Experience in several of the following areas is a merit: Document management, English contract law, corporate, compliance, tax.
