Lindahl har agerat rådgivare till Millicom International Cellular S.A i samband med det orekommenderade offentliga uppköpserbjudandet från Atlas Luxco S.à r.l. på samtliga aktier och depåbevis i Millicom. Vederlaget i erbjudandet på 25,75 USD per aktie och depåbevis värderade Millicom, baserat på samtliga aktier i Millicom, till ca. 4,4 miljarder USD.
Acceptansnivån i erbjudandet motsvarade ca. 11,25 procent av aktierna och rösterna i Millicom. Efter erbjudandet innehar Atlas ca. 40,42 procent av aktierna och rösterna i Millicom.
Övriga legala rådgivare till Millicom i samband med erbjudandet var Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, Nord Advokater och Hogan Lovells (Luxembourg) LLP.
