SMS Legal Support is responsible for enabling the business to take informed and balanced decisions across all legal disciplines, by providing qualitative legal advice and proactively assessing and mitigating key risks of our business. This requires accuracy, strong integrity and solid business understanding, as well as proficiency across legal and compliance disciplines.
SMS Legal Support plays a key role in SMS’ strategy that aims for continuous growth, both organically and through mergers and acquisitions, and we now look to strengthen our team with a confident Legal Counsel with a solid M&A background.
Your mission is empowering the business to make confident decisions
You have a proven track record within M&A, working at a reputable business law firm or within a corporate in-house legal organization for at least five years. Experience from competition law matters, as well as IP and digital, are advantageous.
In this position, you get to balance your dedication to business law with your business-driven mind in a truly global setting. We are looking for someone with a Swedish Law degree and you need excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
You report directly to the Head of Legal Support and are located in Stockholm. Travel between Stockholm and Sandviken is a natural part of your job, as is some international travel.
