Are you an experienced attorney at law or lawyer, with a specialty within employment, labour law and perhaps rewards? Do you enjoy providing advice and aid on legal matters to help others understand their legal obligations? We are now extending the HR Legal team where you will play an important role in developing Danske’s ambitious HR Legal agenda, with a focus on participating in driving HR Legal in Sweden?
The position is based in Stockholm, along with the HR Community and your colleagues within HR Legal Sweden.
Market-specific and global projects
You will be part of the Global HR Legal team in Group Human Resources. Our responsibilities include all aspects within employment and labour law.
This includes close collaboration and negotiation with the Unions in changes, reorganizations and other cases as well as handling day-to-day employment cases, collaborating with HR, managers and other stakeholders in Danske Bank. You will be working with global implementations, as well as environment/Mental Health, pension and representing Danske Bank in works councils, working environment committees and employer organizations.
You will also be an adviser within incentives and remuneration issues and will drive remuneration processes in Sweden in close collaboration with Swedish colleagues and Performance & Rewards in Denmark.
Preferably you have experience with strategic legal/HR processes and are willing to participate in these matters the upcoming year.
Lawyer within employment and labour law
You have a Swedish law degree (jur.kand) and several years of experience with employment and labour law. Perhaps you have been working in a law firm or as an in-house lawyer or at an employer’s organization and are now ready to take up a complex position in an exciting organization. Experience within the financial sector is not a must.
More importantly, you have solid experience with advising organizations, in addition to being a strong practitioner who can translate and implement legal requirements, always aiming at creating solutions that add significant value to the organization.
On a more personal level, you are positive, robust and an excellent communicator mastering both Swedish and English. You have strong planning and coordination skills, and you work with independent initiative and a constant drive for results. In addition, you are great at building relationships and can collaborate with employees and managers at all levels.
