Epiroc Rock Drills AB is currently looking for a Compliance Office Nordics, who will play an important role in further developing of the Compliance function. This is a new position with great opportunities to influence the role, of course together with the manager and colleagues that work with Compliance in other functions.

This role reports to Managing Director Epiroc Rock Drills AB, servicing all entities of Epiroc in Örebro and Stockholm as well as other Epiroc entities in Sweden and the Nordic countries.

Mission

This is a new and broad role. The mission for the compliance office Nordics is to ensure the business, it´s employees and it´s projects comply with all relevant regulations and specifications. The compliance office Nordics is also responsible for ensuring the policies and procedures comply with regulatory and ethical standards. Focus will be put on legal compliance areas such as data privacy, trade compliance, whistle blower functions, anti-bribery and in addition to other compliance related areas from time to time. You will also support when it comes to different kind of agreements to secure that they are correct.

We want you to support, monitor, review and report on gaps in the compliance work implemented in Epiroc´s operations in the Nordics and also support the operations with contractual related topics primarily in sales, R&D and purchasing.

Your Profile

Ideally, you have a legal background with some years of work experience in areas relevant for the role. Training related to the Epiroc policies and way of working in the compliance field will be provided in order to secure a solid understanding of the Epiroc Compliance Program and the way that Epiroc handles commercial contracts.

You shall have a high level of integrity, be structured and have a true interest in compliance and contract management. The role will cooperate with many different departments within Epiroc Rock Drills AB so your communication and networking skills will be a key to success in this role. Furthermore, excellent communication and writing skills in English is required together with fluency in Swedish.

Location and travel

This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel will be needed.
