Group Function Legal Affairs & Compliance
Group Function Legal Affairs & Compliance consists of approximately 200 legal counsels, compliance officers, and administrators located in approximately 40 different countries.
We are currently looking for a talented and motivated paralegal to join the Corporate Governance team in Kista.
The paralegal’s main responsibilities are the administration of the Swedish Group Companies. This includes for example the drafting of relevant documents for Swedish Group Companies in accordance with the Swedish Companies Act, registrations with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket) and handling of Powers of Attorney in relation to company matters concerning other Group companies.
The work is highly independent and provides a broad network of contacts within the Group.
- Ideally you will have some relevant work experience but for the right candidate we would consider a recent graduate.
- Good knowledge of Swedish corporate law
- Excellent knowledge of verbal and written Swedish and English.
- Academic qualifications in law or related area
- High attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Able to work under pressure
- Thorough and careful with sense of responsibility and service
- High integrity
