Business Oriented Data Protection Officer/Compliance Manager to Aditro

As a provider of software and services within payroll and HRM, Aditro process large amounts of personal data as data processor for our customers.

We are now looking for a Data Protection Officer (DPO) and Compliance Manager to join our team at the Stockholm head-office.

Responsibilities and Tasks

As DPO and Compliance Manager at Aditro you will report to the General Counsel. The role will have an overall responsibility for overviewing data privacy and other compliance matters such as anti-corruption and the Aditro Code of Conduct.

You will be working closely with the Aditro General Counsel in Stockholm and our Information Security Manager in Finland, and other internal stakeholders.  Your main areas of responsibility include but are not limited to the following:

  • Support the implementation of GDPR within Aditro
  • Fulfil the DPO tasks defined in Article 39 of the GDPR. Serve as the main internal and external contact in all privacy matters
  • Continuously train and advise the Aditro business in privacy matters
  • Support the entire business and our customers in privacy impact assessments
  • Set up and perform internal controls to monitor privacy related risks
  • Evaluate potential certifications or codes of conduct available to Aditro within data privacy

Profile and qualifications

Applicants must have a Swedish law degree, a strong academic record and a minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.

You have experience working with data privacy law and the GDPR, a thorough understanding of the new regulation is necessary. The right candidate has experience from IT business, cloud delivery and/or outsourcing services, to ensure the ability to communicate with all areas of Aditro’s business. Experience of working in a Nordic environment is meritorious.
